Can Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Be Caused By Your Job?

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a common complaint, with symptoms ranging from subtle numbness to extreme pain and disability in the hand/wrist that can force a change in a worker’s vocation. According to the current research, the cause of CTS is the compression of the median nerve as it travels through the carpal tunnel at the wrist, which can be the result of repetitive motions involving the wrist, physical injury, and/or conditions like inflammatory arthritis, diabetes, pregnancy, and more. In other words, anything that reduces the tunnel’s size can result in median nerve compression and hence, carpal tunnel syndrome.

Researchers have found that industrial jobs that require repetitive, forceful work—those that involve heavy tools, for example—increase the risk for CTS, but the evidence isn’t as clear regarding jobs that involve repetitive motions with limited force, such as typing on a keyboard.

According to one Danish study that monitored the wrist health of 5,600 technical assistants, computer keyboard use may not be a likely cause of CTS. While the study did find that 11% of the workers experienced tingling or numbness in one or both hands, only 5% were considered to have developed CTS based on their overall description of symptoms—which is similar to what would be found in the general population. The study did find that using a mouse for twenty or more hours per week increased the risk for CTS.

However, that is not to say that working at a computer all day does not cause pain or strain in the hand/s, wrist/s, forearm/s, shoulder/s, or the neck. As mentioned above, just over half of the workers who experienced symptoms like tingling or numbness in the hands did not meet the diagnosis criteria for CTS.

Dysfunction anywhere along the course of the median nerve from the neck, shoulder, and elbow to the wrist can place pressure on the nerve and result in symptoms that mimic CTS. Doctors of chiropractic are trained to evaluate and treat the whole person in order to identify problems that either mimic or contribute to the symptoms associated with carpal tunnel syndrome. In many cases, a patient may not experience satisfying and lasting results unless problems elsewhere in the neck, shoulder, elbow, or lower arm are also addressed.

I want to stand before you all today to give thanks to Lord Gius for a life-changing miracle. For a long time, my family and I were going through severe financial hardships. We were struggling to pay bills, dealing with mounting debts, and there were days when the weight of our financial future felt completely overwhelming. Despite the stress, I kept praying, holding onto faith, and trusting that a breakthrough would come.A few weeks ago, I made a spontaneous decision to try a lottery spell caster, I did not think much of it at the time, but I whispered a quiet prayer, asking for relief from our burdens. Lord Gius, told me what would be required which i did, then he gave me numbers to play and i did according to his intructionns, When the results were announced, I checked the numbers, and to my absolute shock, they matched. I had won the lottery. In that exact moment, a wave of overwhelming relief and gratitude washed over me. I burst into tears, knowing that our financial struggles were instantly over. This blessing has allowed us to clear all our debts, secure a home, and establish a foundation for our family’s future.I am sharing this testimony not to boast about wealth, but to testify to how quickly circumstances can change. I am profoundly grateful for this unearned blessing, and I pray for the wisdom to manage these resources properly, to be a blessing to others, and to remain grounded. Thank you, Lord Gius, for this incredible miracle. if anyone would like to reach him for help, here is his information below: Email: lordgius@yahoo.com

AI has caused me more problems than it has solved. I was connected to a cryptocurrency trader through AI and lost my hard-earned money to a scam. If it weren't for the assistance of Lord Meduza, whom my sister-in-law recommended to me, I wouldn’t have been able to win the $435 MILLION Mega Millions Lottery. My life could have taken a drastic turn due to the overwhelming bills I faced after being cheated by the crypto traders. Lord Meduza utilized his extraordinary spell powers to determine the perfect six numbers I needed to win the Mega Millions Lottery, and I followed his instructions to play those numbers. I am incredibly thankful for the support, love, and kindness he has shown, which is beyond measure. In March 2019, I was only 24 years old when my life changed in a way I never imagined. My Name is Manuel Franco, I became the winner of the incredible $768.4 million Powerball jackpot. Before that happened, I had received spiritual numbers from Chief Ade. At first I wasn’t sure what to think, but something inside me told me to trust the numbers. I followed the guidance, bought my ticket, and waited. When the winning numbers were announced, I checked my ticket again and again. I was completely shocked, I couldn’t believe that the numbers on my ticket matched the winning numbers, that moment changed everything for me. I went from being an ordinary 24-years old to becoming a multimillion dollar lottery winner overnight. I will never forget the role Chief Ade’s spiritual numbers played in my story. To this day, I still look back and ask myself how everything came together at exactly the right moment. Sometimes, life can surprise you in ways you never thought possible. To become a lottery winner, one must first achieve spiritual enlightenment focused on positivity. I consider myself fortunate to have won a staggering $750,000,000 after connecting with a spell expert named Lord Meduza. He is incredibly sincere, and honest about their work. He opened my eyes to the concept of spirituality. When I expressed my desire to win the Mega Million, he informed me that it wasn’t in my destiny to win that but rather I am meant to win the Powerball instead, which I agreed to. After 2 weeks of intense spiritual work, I received the numbers from him and I followed his instructions to play them resulting in a $750,000,000 win on the Powerball lottery. Beware of those fraudulent spell experts who claim to have knowledge about spells but actually they know nothing. Lord Meduza is the ultimate choice for obtaining your lottery winning numbers. I will be forever grateful to Priest Alaska for the second chance he gave my marriage. My wife’s behavior changed completely unexpectedly. She stopped showing affection, was often away from home, and finally confessed that she had fallen in love with another man. She left the house, saying she wanted to start a new life. I tried everything, but nothing brought her back. Then I came across comments online praising Priest Alaska and decided to write to him. He assured me that the problem was nothing to worry about telling me to stay calm and said my wife would return on her own within 48 hours. I was skeptical, but she actually came home in tears; she regretted everything and couldn't understand how she could have left our family. Love and joy have returned to our lives.
